Security
of your information is what you pay us for
Protecting
privacy of your
information is a top priority at TDL.
We have taken careful measures to secure your
information on our physical premises. This site
has security measures in place to protect the
loss, misuse and alteration of the information
under our control.
We are much aware of the developing
governmental guidelines for the electronic
patient record. New HIPAA standards will allow
health information to be used and shared for the
treatment and payment of health care. At the same
time, they will require health plans and
providers to maintain administrative and physical
safeguards to protect the confidentiality of
health information and protect against
unauthorized access.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) including
128bit encryption encrypts (scrambles) all of
your work, voice and text, so that it cannot be
read as the information travels over the
Internet.
Secure transfer of patient records
is an issue of Internet protocols. To ensure the
security, confidentiality, and privacy of all
data being transferred, TDL utilizes
SSL, secure https, 128-bit encryption, digital
signatures, Certificates of Authenticity, and
other secure transfer procedures commonly used by
the banking industry for the same reason. To
deliver piece of mind, TDL requires
that all aspects of secure Internet protocols be
closely integrated with the end-to-end solution
that has been developed.
“the employee will not disclose to any person
or publish or negligently cause any unauthorized disclosure or

the Customer's project (including without limitation, trade

notations, improvements and financial information) concerning
the affairs or business or products or service of any company
within the Customer Group or of any of their predecessors in
business or of any third party to whom any company within the
Customer Group is under an obligation of confidence (including
without limitation, suppliers, agents, distributors, employees
or customers.”
We are
pioneers in providing total Internet security
and believe that the procedure that
we use is secure enough to satisfy the utmost
security needed for such activity.
