Can I use your service if I have my own recorder?
We offer you the flexibility to change existing service provider. You would simply upload the dictations with a different user name and password that will be provided by us.
Is it possible for more than one physician to share a digital recorder?
Yes, any number of physicians within your setup can share a recorder. Please mail us and we will be happy to assist you regarding the settings.
How do you propose to provide 98.5% accurate documents?
As mentioned in the "What do we do for you" section, we have our stringent quality control hierarchy, wherein there is one proofreader per three transcriptionists and one quality analyst per proofreader. We can also arrange for another level of quality check still up in the ladder, should the need arise.
However, it should be kept in mind that we cannot provide you with 98.5% accuracy if the sound recorded is not audible or if it is of very poor quality. Nevertheless, we do promise an earnest effort to transcribe anything that is humanly possible.
Do you use voice recognition technology?
No. We do not use such technology. Instead, your files are typed by experienced and competent transcriptionists who have access to qualified Doctors to assist them in providing you with the required service. If there is an in audible or doubtful word / phrase, it is flagged in the report, and you have the option to fill it in, once it reaches you.
I would not like to use your security measures. I just need the typing to be done. Is it possible?
Yes. We can arrange you to send us your files through various means. You can still have your documents returned to you the next day, as a word document. We can still utilize the security measures to make the transfers as safe as possible. Please mail us with your requirements, and we will get back to you with a solution.
Can I keep some documents for in house transcription and outsource some?
Absolutely! We can supply the technology to keep your dictations secure, and increase the productivity of your own transcriptionists. Ask us about it, you will be delighted.
Can conferences and interviews be transcribed as well?
Certainly! You could pick and choose from the files that get stored in your PC and direct only the ones that you need to have transcribed, to us. Just mail us regarding it and we will make the necessary arrangements for you.
Do you keep a back up for my dictations?
Your documents can be saved at our servers for as long as you wish. This gives you and option to search our database in future.
Can I use my own letterhead and have the reports printed from the web?
Yes, we would require your template in that case. Only the text transcribed will be billed and not the template.
Can I have my documents setup according to my needs?
Yes! All sorts of reports, such as, Chart Notes, Letter etc. All we would require is your templates!
My typists take care of the things that I don't speak, can you?
No, our typists are not creative, they will simply replicate your dictations.
